How do we maintain our own baseline stability while effectively supporting others through moments of acute stress?

Peak Support is a concept-driven workshop designed to teach actionable psychological and somatic regulation techniques. Participants will learn how to identify the signs of nervous system dysregulation, implement real-time de-escalation tools, and build a reliable framework for mutual support. Designed to directly power the Safe Ascent Protocol (Regulate → Relate → Reason → Refer), this specialized, Psychological First Aid (PFA)-informed curriculum equips you with the practical tools needed to navigate intense emotional dysregulation and provide immediate comfort.

Choose Your Experience

1. Standalone Workshop ($55)

Join us for a focused, 3-hour core educational experience. This option takes place locally and includes:

  • The Curriculum: Full participation in the 3-hour Peak Support curriculum, covering real-time de-escalation and somatic anchoring frameworks.

  • The Peak Support Kit: One complete Support Kit is included with your registration fee. Packed with somatic anchors and tactile tools built specifically for peer responders and outdoor facilitators, it gives you a tangible, safe way to help soothe a dysregulated nervous system in the field.

  • Please note: Transportation, meals, and the wilderness experience are not included in this tier. Additional individual kits for your team or field packs can be purchased separately.

2. Full-Day Experience: Workshop + Wilderness Trip ($245 Total)

To fully bring these concepts to life, extend your registration into an all-day Wilderness Learning Collective experience that takes our structured learning out of the city and into a high-stimulus environment. We will pair the curriculum with a dynamic, scenic rafting trip down western North Carolina's stunning Nantahala River, facilitated alongside a professional local outfitter. This live environment allows your group to actively practice co-regulation, communication, and real-time support frameworks on the water.

This all-inclusive full-day variant includes everything in the workshop, plus:

  • Round-Trip Transportation: Stress-free transit departing from our central meeting location in Atlanta directly to the river and back.

  • Whitewater Rafting: Fully covered professional outfitter fees and gear for a 2.5 to 3.5-hour river trip.

  • Fuel for the Day: A catered late lunch, plus snacks and water to keep your energy high.

Itinerary At-A-Glance (For Full-Day Experience Participants)

  • 8:00 AM: Meetup and prompt departure from Atlanta. We’ll utilize the drive for group introductions and setting our workshop intentions.

  • Mid-Morning: Arrive at the Nantahala Gorge, check in with our local outfitter, and gear up to hit the water.

  • On the Water & Riverside Snacks: Experience the scenic whitewater while engaging in live, guided group communication and co-regulation practices. We’ll take a brief riverbank break for snacks and reflection.

  • Late Afternoon & Late Lunch: Wrap up the workshop over a late catered lunch at the river's conclusion, pack up, and head back to the city.

  • 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Approximate return to Atlanta (dependent on traffic).

Weather & Cancellation Policy

Outdoor adventures are inherently dynamic. In the event that extreme weather or unsafe river conditions force us to cancel the outdoor portion of the trip, your safety is our absolute priority.

If a trip is cancelled by us due to weather, you will not receive a cash refund; instead, you will automatically be issued a full program credit. This credit can be applied toward any future trip or workshop and is valid for up to two (2) years from your original scheduled date.
